You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or wholesale duplicate RunPrompt's UI database for the purpose of creating a direct competing clone without attribution.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & AI Limitations

RunPrompt is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum accuracy, AI model providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney, and DeepSeek) frequently update their weights and safety filters. We do not warrant that all prompts will produce identical results across varying model versions or seeds.

4. User Content & Submissions

When you submit prompt ideas or bug reports via our platform, you grant RunPrompt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to curate, format, and publish the formula for the benefit of the AI community.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RunPrompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of AI outputs, API bills, or third-party service downtime.
